Lead and scale client integration operations for a payments platform: manage integration team, oversee end-to-end onboarding, define API and data-handling best practices, collaborate with product/engineering/sales, ensure secure compliant integrations, and optimize processes to drive client satisfaction and retention.

Lead end-to-end execution of complex payments initiatives, coordinating Product and Engineering to define requirements, manage roadmaps, mitigate risks, and scale payment infrastructure. Drive cross-functional alignment, implement program frameworks, track KPIs, and improve reliability, performance, and integrations across payment systems.

Support the Data team by collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets; perform exploratory analysis; help develop and evaluate ML models; build visualizations and dashboards; document findings; and collaborate with engineers and product teams while learning data science best practices.
