Develop and deploy full-stack robotics software spanning mechatronic hardware, robot control, motion planning, perception, computer vision, and machine learning. Design, test, debug, and improve safe, reliable robotic systems; develop controllers and planning algorithms for multi-robot and human-robot collaboration; manage production robotics data pipelines; and incorporate customer requirements into system design.

Develop and lead algorithms for robot task and motion planning, sequential decision-making, optimization, sensor fusion, state estimation, and robotics system modeling. Build, test, maintain, and deploy high-performance software in C++ and Python, integrate algorithms with existing infrastructure, collaborate with multidisciplinary robotics teams, and improve algorithmic rigor and performance for warehouse automation applications.

Architect and develop the mechatronics software stack for intelligent warehouse robots. Build real-time, high-performance C++ applications interfacing with hardware devices, sensors, peripherals, and motor controls. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, debugging production systems, code review, mentoring, testing, performance optimization, evaluating technologies, and documenting best practices. The role requires expertise in distributed and real-time systems, industrial communication protocols, Linux, software toolchains, and production-quality robotics software.

Design, prototype, test, and refine mechanical hardware for robotics systems. Create CAD models, 2D drawings, BOMs, test reports, and assembly instructions; validate components and assemblies; collaborate with electrical, systems, software, operations, and manufacturing teams; and support pilot builds and production readiness.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll ensure successful pilot outcomes for Dexterity's robotic solutions, address customer challenges, and optimize system performance through field experience and collaboration.

Lead software security for robotics product lines: write and review code, maintain security policies and incident plans, drive ISO27001 and SOC2 compliance, work with auditors and customers, mentor developers, and implement DevOps/SecOps practices.

Lead company-wide marketing for Dexterity's Physical AI robotics, driving enterprise demand, category positioning, executive voice, content distribution, and events. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to run account-based campaigns, create technical explainers and demos, measure pipeline impact, and build AI-driven marketing workflows with appropriate human review and controls.

Design and prototype algorithms for machine learning and reinforcement learning in robotics, focusing on practical problem-solving and real-world application.

The Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer will design machine learning solutions for robotics, focusing on task planning, model performance, and system integration across various teams.
