Provides Tier 2 support and maintains Windows servers, Active Directory, networking, Microsoft 365, endpoint systems, and related infrastructure. Supports onboarding, access management, infrastructure monitoring, upgrades, migrations, documentation, security practices, vendor coordination, and incident management. The role supports users across U.S. operations, including executives, and participates in after-hours maintenance and on-call rotations.

Manage strategic semiconductor accounts by developing account plans, driving demand creation and design wins, growing revenue, forecasting opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, and coordinating global cross-functional teams. Build executive-level customer relationships, identify technology roadmaps and business opportunities, resolve escalations, and align sales, engineering, marketing, quality, supply chain, and operations resources to achieve account objectives and production growth.
