You have worked on complex Enterprise and Cloud based systems with distributed asynchronous backends as well as applications for highly technical users. You understand the repercussions of poor engineering and are able to balance aggressive product development with sound engineering principles.  Your tech chops allow you to lead the development of a highly technical product. You are able to review code and partner with senior engineering talent.  You are confident making architectural decisions. You're plugged into the rapidly evolving technology landscape and love solving hard problems.  You have knowledge or exposure to the many elements of our tech stack. On the Backend we use Scala, Kubernetes, Kafka, and MongoDB. On the frontend we are a React and Typescript shop. We deploy on AWS, Azure and on-prem. We're an open platform so our toolkit is large and we understand that it is unlikely that everyone is an expert in every element listed. We also look for and appreciate a willingness to learn.
