Leads sales operations across two automotive dealerships, coaching and training sales teams, managing showroom and internet sales, improving customer satisfaction, overseeing CRM follow-up, monitoring finance and service-drive performance, and achieving dealership sales, gross, and expense targets. The role also oversees hiring, delivery procedures, sales meetings, and performance improvement for new, used, internet, finance, and service sales teams.

Arranges vehicle financing, structures deals for profitability, submits applications to lenders, makes credit decisions, closes transactions, ensures regulatory compliance, prepares contracts, audits completed deals, and secures timely funding. The role also presents additional vehicle ownership products and provides financing guidance to customers.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, use consultative selling to match buyers with vehicles, demonstrate new and used vehicles, develop product expertise, overcome objections, follow up with customers for referrals, and report sales activities to the Sales Manager. The role requires flexible scheduling, weekend availability, strong communication, a professional appearance, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
