The Account Executive will drive growth across SMB and Mid-Market accounts by partnering with hyperscalers like AWS and GCP, managing sales cycles, and collaborating cross-functionally to expand market reach and build customer momentum for DuploCloud's AI products.

The Senior Sales Manager will lead a team of Account Executives, drive revenue growth, develop strategic partner relationships, and promote emerging AI product lines within a SaaS environment.

Own and maintain corporate financial models, lead forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis, and track core SaaS KPIs (ARR, NRR, churn, LTV, CAC). Produce executive and board reporting, support commissions planning and reconciliations, partner cross-functionally to optimize hiring and spending, and drive process improvements to scale the business.
