Lead architecture and production deployment of AI platforms across cloud and on-premises environments. Partner with enterprise architects, shape product strategy, resolve critical production issues, and implement scalable platform capabilities. Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security, ML, Customer Success, and Forward Deployed Engineering. Mentor senior engineers and improve deployment efficiency, reliability, security, observability, and scalability.

Deploy and operationalize Dynamo's AI assurance platform for public sector customers. Responsibilities include writing code, building integrations, creating prototypes and demos, supporting cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and air-gapped deployments, troubleshooting complex implementations, and translating customer mission needs into solution architectures. The role requires close collaboration with customer engineering, security, product, and government stakeholders, with regular on-site engagement and up to 50% travel.

Design and validate threat models for agentic AI systems, create adversarial experiments and synthetic environments, develop static and dynamic risk analysis, fine-tune and evaluate models, and build production-ready guardrails, monitoring, dashboards, and evaluation infrastructure. Optimize security systems for latency, cost, reliability, and measurable real-world performance while translating research into product capabilities.
