Advise enterprise customers on observability transformation, translating telemetry into business outcomes and developing multi-year roadmaps. Lead executive briefings, maturity assessments, hybrid and multi-cloud architecture strategy, OpenTelemetry adoption, SRE practices, SLIs, SLOs, automation, and observability Centers of Excellence. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams while guiding organizations across Kubernetes, cloud-native, and microservice environments.

Drive enterprise software sales through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. Manage 7–10 customers and 5–8 prospects, develop territory and account strategies, engage VP and C-level executives, conduct demonstrations and events, build partner networks, and coordinate with sales engineering, marketing, legal, and finance. Grow Dynatrace usage through upselling, cross-selling, and successful implementations while consistently achieving revenue targets.

Drive technical alliances with hyperscalers by developing reference architectures, technical content, and joint solutions. Influence product roadmap, enable sales through training and demos, support co-marketing, and represent Dynatrace in partner communities.

Lead and scale strategic AI infrastructure partnerships to embed Dynatrace as the default observability layer for GPU-accelerated AI workloads. Own partner strategy, executive relationships, alliance agreements, joint GTM/co-sell motions, pipeline targets, joint product roadmap, and partner enablement to drive partner-influenced revenue and customer wins.

Develop low-level, high-performance instrumentation within CICS and z/OS using HLASM. Design production features for mission-critical mainframe environments, diagnose complex system behavior through dumps and traces, analyze performance bottlenecks, and collaborate with an experienced engineering team. The role requires deep z/OS and CICS internals expertise, systems programming knowledge, and proficiency with JCL, SDSF, and USS.
