Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines and storage for batch and real-time use. Partner with product and engineering to define requirements, ensure data quality, monitor pipeline health, integrate cloud data warehouses/lakes, optimize SQL/Python transformations, and document data flows and architecture.

Designs, implements, and administers enterprise network solutions; defines high-level network requirements and architecture; monitors availability, performance, and security controls; manages firewalls and access policies; supports cloud networking and automation; coordinates maintenance, change management, and vendor/developer interactions to meet SLAs.

Manage and integrate products across programs, plan/schedule/monitor projects, coordinate cross-functional Agile teams, support cloud migration/modernization, apply PM standards, track finances and EVM, and ensure timely releases through deployment.

Implement, automate, and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure and services. Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code, develop automation scripts and tooling, monitor performance and cost, troubleshoot issues, and document architecture and operational decisions while partnering with product and engineering teams to improve scalability, reliability, and security.

Under supervision, analyze and design systems and processes, gather user requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, recommend quality improvements, and communicate process changes. Perform research, design assessment, development, integration, and data analysis using visualization tools to support federal clients.
