Health Insurance + Wellness

Dental insurance

Aetna dental coverage is offered for basic and major services. Coverage also includes 100% coverage for preventive care. You and your eligible dependents may enroll in one of the two dental coverages.

Disability insurance

Edmunds pays 100% of the premium cost for employee disability income protection coverage of 70% of base salary up to the plan limits.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Employees can fund healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSAs) through payroll deductions to pay for qualifying expenses with pre-tax money.

Health insurance

Multiple comprehensive PPO and HMO (California only) options are available. All include doctor, hospital and prescription coverage. Edmunds pays 70–100% of the medical insurance premium cost.

Life insurance

Edmunds pays 100% of the premium cost for employee life and AD&D coverage of one and a half times employee’s base salary, up to $450,000.

Pet insurance

Nationwide pet insurance: Individually underwritten (Rates based on state, breed, age, etc.)
