They are jack-of-all-trades engineers who leverage a wide breadth of technical and manufacturing expertise to develop schedules and project milestones that properly balance technical risk and maintain team focus. The EPM owns and manage the hardware development process, from concept, right through the start of mass production. They lead the team through roadmap development, concept and architecture definition, keep up our consultant relationships, support supplier selection, and manage day-to-day project execution. Most of all, System EPMs are fearless champions of the customer experience. Their role is highly cross-functional, technical, and instrumental to great product development.
