Leads advanced analytics initiatives supporting sales, marketing, and operations strategy. Develops statistical and predictive models, dashboards, KPI reporting, and customer analyses using large datasets. Partners with stakeholders and data engineering teams to translate business questions into actionable insights, communicates findings to executives, and mentors junior analysts.

Lead and expand broker and consultant partnerships to drive ICHRA adoption. Own full sales cycle for small, mid-market, and enterprise employers; develop go-to-market plans; create sales enablement with Marketing; maintain pipeline discipline; represent the company at events and collaborate cross-functionally to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

The Sr. Staff Platform Engineer will lead the design and development of cloud-native internal developer platforms, focusing on AWS and AI/ML integration to empower engineering teams and streamline workflows.
