Responsibilities include API routing, traffic management, lifecycle governance, authentication, authorization, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, infrastructure as code, CI/CD automation, documentation, architecture collaboration, and developer enablement. The engineer partners with application, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable, reliable API services.

Lead Element Pay as a general manager with full P&L accountability. Set business and product strategy, scale vehicle-initiated payments, oversee product and engineering priorities, build partnerships across payment networks and technology providers, and lead commercial, operational, and go-to-market execution. The role requires developing a scalable organization, managing profitability and growth, and representing the business with senior stakeholders.

Support onsite vehicle compliance by processing and validating documents, updating CMS and tracking tools, preparing registration/insurance packets, packaging materials by VIN, managing inventory and mail, and escalating issues to management to ensure timely, audit-ready vehicle deployment.

Drive new commercial business by prospecting, developing, and closing complex B2B fleet-management opportunities. Lead cross-functional teams, engage C-suite stakeholders, build territory and account plans, manage CRM forecasts, and align solutions to measurable financial and operational outcomes. Frequent travel required.
