Partners with functional and technology leaders to translate business needs into scalable roadmaps, improve data and system integrity, manage vendors, and oversee application health, security, supportability, and continuous improvement.

Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of e.l.f.'s agentic commerce capabilities across AI assistants, generative search, discovery, personalization, offers, and checkout. Partner with AEO/GEO, Connected Commerce, CRM, engineering, data science, design, and analytics teams to improve product visibility, citations, and conversion. Define requirements, run experiments, measure outcomes, manage risks, and establish agent-friendly commerce experiences and integrations.

Lead global brand strategy and end-to-end 360-degree marketing campaigns for e.l.f. Cosmetics. Own annual brand planning, product launches, positioning, campaign execution, consumer insights, performance optimization, retail partnerships, and commercial growth across digital and retail channels. Manage cross-functional teams, agencies, and marketing talent while driving brand profitability, cultural relevance, and consistent global execution.
