Lead the development of Ello’s growth-engineering function and ship end-to-end features across mobile, web, backend, and lifecycle channels. Identify growth opportunities, run experiments, define metrics, improve acquisition and retention journeys, and build analytics and experimentation systems. Collaborate across product, design, marketing, and engineering while using quantitative and qualitative insights to drive measurable user and business outcomes.

Own Ello’s consumer subscription monetization strategy, including pricing, packaging, paywalls, checkout, trials, renewals, dunning, cancellations, winback, and reporting. Build forecasting and subscription models, run pricing and conversion experiments, analyze cohort metrics, and collaborate with lifecycle marketing, engineering, design, finance, and support. The role requires hands-on mobile subscription expertise across iOS and Android, strong SQL skills, app-store billing knowledge, and potential future team leadership.
