Provide outsourced, fractional, and back-office accounting services for clients nationwide. Responsibilities include operational accounting, monthly close, financial statement preparation, client service, process documentation, and meeting high service standards. The role requires strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, Excel proficiency, attention to detail, communication skills, initiative, and multitasking ability. Experience with SEC filings, multiple general ledger systems, close management software, and AI tools is preferred.

Lead M&A engagements across the deal lifecycle, performing operational due diligence, designing future-state operating models, building SG&A and headcount models, managing cross-functional integration workstreams, advising executives, and measuring integration progress to deliver measurable synergy and operational improvements.

Lead FP&A advisory engagements advising clients on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management. Build complex financial models, identify cost savings, track KPIs, manage cross-functional project workstreams, and support post-merger consolidation and process improvements while communicating insights to stakeholders.

In this role, you'll drive enterprise revenue by selling professional services, identify market opportunities, and cultivate relationships with C-level executives and technology partners in the enterprise technology sector.
