Establish and govern an enterprise Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 environment. Review tenant configuration, licensing, integrations, administrative models, and service usage; identify security and operational risks; implement prioritized remediation; and improve privileged access, lifecycle management, SIEM visibility, and cloud governance. The role also documents target-state controls, creates operating procedures, trains technical teams, and supports secure management of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure.

Implement and upgrade enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalls, re-IP projects, core network services, racks, cabling, monitoring, and documentation. Assess existing environments, identify gaps, troubleshoot connectivity, coordinate internal teams and vendors, and independently deliver infrastructure improvements through completion.

Owns end-to-end device logistics for live events, including sourcing, provisioning, inventory tracking, shipping, staging, on-site distribution, hardware troubleshooting, returns, and reconciliation. Coordinates partners and stakeholders, prepares readiness plans and reports, manages high-value hardware, supports VIP-facing Smart Bar operations, and mitigates supply, capacity, and shipping risks. Requires domestic and international travel, non-standard hours, and autonomous ownership of the function.
