Supports employee benefits clients and service teams by collecting data, preparing RFP and marketing materials, coordinating open enrollment communications and health fairs, maintaining client and internal systems, processing BORs, preparing invoices, and helping resolve billing and claims issues. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, confidentiality, Microsoft Office proficiency, and benefits or insurance industry knowledge.
