Manage commercial P&C client accounts including policy servicing, renewals, exposure analysis, quote evaluation, premium negotiation, proposals, billing, and client communication with Producers' oversight.

Manage and service commercial property & casualty client accounts including processing policies, endorsements, renewals, and audits. Support producers with proposals, market comparisons, and negotiations. Maintain client files and billing, respond to coverage questions, and ensure accuracy in agency systems. Collaborate with sales on marketing strategy and referrals while maintaining industry knowledge and strong client relationships.
