Responsibilities include RoHS, REACH, WEEE, PFAS, EPR, and Conflict Minerals compliance; supplier data collection; Bills of Materials analysis; regulatory documentation; corrective actions; stakeholder communication; and restricted-substance removal timelines. The role also supports compliance process improvements, escalates issues, collaborates with purchasing and suppliers, and coaches junior team members.

Leads end-to-end sales engagements with hyperscaler customers including Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, and Meta. Builds pipelines, forecasts opportunities, develops multi-year account strategies, identifies market opportunities, and partners with technical, product, engineering, supply-chain, and operations teams to deliver tailored managed services solutions. The role requires expertise in cloud, networking, compute, AI architectures, consultative selling, negotiation, and hyperscaler business models, with approximately 20% domestic and international travel.

Serves as the strategic finance partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, driving profitable growth through commercial planning, scenario modeling, pricing, channel economics, customer profitability, and resource allocation. Oversees sales forecasts, margins, contracts, risks, and performance dashboards while translating commercial trends into executive insights. The role supports a global, multi-channel go-to-market organization and advises leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance.

Serves as the senior finance partner to Global Operations leadership, leading FP&A across operating expenses, workforce costs, service delivery, support operations, revenue, margins, and productivity. Builds dashboards, profitability models, and decision frameworks; advises on capacity planning, resource allocation, sourcing, automation, and cost management; and provides governance and risk oversight to support scalable growth, customer experience, and profitability.

Research spectrum regulations and standardization for future 5G and 6G networks. Develop research strategies, conduct simulations and theoretical analyses, evaluate standards proposals, coordinate stakeholder positions, and represent Ericsson in ITU-R, FCC, NTIA, and 3GPP meetings. Collaborate with researchers, product teams, industry partners, universities, and customers while producing written technical contributions and communicating findings clearly.

Research future Wi-Fi technologies across PHY and MAC layers, develop and evaluate link- and system-level simulations, and advance IEEE 802.11 standardization efforts. The role evaluates proposals, identifies 3GPP and IEEE synergies, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, represents Ericsson in standards organizations and customer engagements, and communicates technical results. Work is hybrid in Santa Clara and includes international travel.

Design, deploy, configure, integrate, optimize, and maintain LTE and 5G Radio Access Network infrastructure. Install and commission radio equipment, antennas, and base stations; perform testing and acceptance; monitor performance; troubleshoot radio, transport, and connectivity issues; analyze RF metrics; and improve coverage, capacity, and quality. The engineer also develops technical documentation, collaborates across engineering and operations teams, and stays current with wireless technologies and standards.

Leads modem engineering organization strategy, execution, workforce planning, hiring, and resource allocation. Oversees modem software, firmware integration, platform enablement, cellular feature development, automation, validation, quality frameworks, carrier certification, and interoperability testing. Partners with product management, chipset vendors, ODMs, carriers, and global engineering teams while developing talent and addressing technical risks.

Own the end-to-end commissions process, including calculating and validating monthly payments, administering incentive plans in Xactly Incent, maintaining compensation and quota data, and coordinating with Sales Operations and Payroll. Build Power BI dashboards and standardized or ad hoc reports for sales teams and executives, support billing credit accuracy, model compensation scenarios, respond to field inquiries, and help modernize analytics workflows with AI tools.

The Principal Modem Engineer will architect, develop, and optimize modem connectivity solutions, oversee engineering teams, and manage the full modem stack on OpenWrt platforms.

Own end-to-end modem firmware architecture for LGA modules, lead modem software stack integration, define baseband, RF, power-management, and system-interface guidelines, and align firmware, hardware, RF, and platform teams. Serve as the technical partner contact, guide complex design and performance decisions, resolve system-level issues, influence modem roadmaps, and provide technical leadership for high-performance 5G platforms.
