Lead development and ownership of board-level RF test automation, turning specs into production-ready test scripts. Build and analyze yield datasets, drive defect prioritization, qualify and scale test stations, and document test procedures. Ensure automation is scalable and production-grade, support contract manufacturers, and maintain code quality in Git for transition to high-volume production.

Drive end-to-end integrations between partner CU/DU stacks and Eridan RU: manage projects, debug systems across RAN layers, validate lab and field performance, test releases, and run repeatable measurement campaigns.

Lead systems engineering for radio product lines: own requirements, system architecture, hardware integration, verification, and specification enforcement. Translate deployment needs into actionable system specs, resolve cross-subsystem issues, build and manage a systems engineering team, and align integration and qualification with program milestones and manufacturing readiness.
