Leads technical account management for strategic cybersecurity customers, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. Responsibilities include onboarding, platform optimization, architecture reviews, security reviews, incident response, technical escalations, executive briefings, and customer outcome tracking. The role coordinates with SOC, Product, and Engineering teams, supports renewals and expansion, reports security metrics, and mentors junior technical account managers.

Leads and develops an enterprise Account Management team responsible for retention, renewals, expansion, forecasting, and revenue growth. Drives account planning, executive customer partnerships, commercial negotiations, KPI management, and cross-functional execution. Establishes scalable processes for renewal hygiene, customer health, QBRs, and pipeline management while translating cybersecurity market insights into product and go-to-market improvements.

Provides Microsoft security consulting and advisory services across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, and related technologies. Conducts security assessments, architecture reviews, licensing evaluations, and health checks; delivers prioritized remediation plans; and makes approved tenant configuration changes. Manages concurrent customer engagements, supports Microsoft-related escalations, advises technical and executive stakeholders, and promotes AI-enabled security workflows. Requires at least five years of hands-on Microsoft security experience and current Microsoft certification.
