Seeking a Solutions Consultant with 5+ years of experience in P&C or Specialty insurance to enhance customer relationships, implement software, and drive revenue growth for an AI-driven platform in the insurance industry.

Develop, design, create, modify, and/or test ETL pipelines or systems to support our Machine Learning and Analytics capabilities. Ensure quality of data through their flow, implement guardrails, health checks and alerts. Collaborate with customers to understand their data ecosystem and consolidate data models.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for post-sales activities such as onboarding, implementation, renewals, and strategic account management. They will build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in underwriting, operations, or product. They should also have excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Develop, design, create, modify, and/or test software applications or systems for various products or software services. Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, programming, and software engineering. Produce high-quality code with good test coverage using modern abstractions and frameworks.
