Build enterprise-grade AI agents to improve efficiency and quality across audit planning, risk assessment, execution, and reporting. Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to gather feedback and drive adoption. Engage directly with Chief Audit Executives and internal audit leaders, translating regulated audit workflows into product requirements. Requires deep internal audit, SOX, risk, or compliance workflow experience and strong fluency in LLM and agent architecture.

Build the operating systems connecting Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market. Establish voice-of-customer processes, product success dashboards, KPI measurement, roadmap and planning rituals, launch calendars, intake frameworks, and RACI structures. Analyze competitive positioning, user feedback, product usage, retention, and agent unit economics to inform product bets and roadmap sequencing. Drive cross-functional alignment and scale product operations from the ground up.

Own annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, rolling operating models, executive and board reporting, SaaS KPI tracking, and financial infrastructure improvements. Partner with department leaders on headcount and spending decisions, and build models for pricing, product investments, fundraising, and acquisitions. The role requires advanced financial modeling, strong accounting knowledge, clear communication, and comfort operating independently in a high-growth SaaS environment, with potential to build and lead an FP&A team.
