Partners with Technology, Product, Risk, Finance, Capital Markets, and Compliance to reduce costs and cycle times while scaling operations within existing headcount.

Leads enterprise talent management strategy through performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Analyzes HRIS and workforce data, develops talent dashboards and insights, facilitates calibration discussions, manages annual performance processes, and advises business and executive leaders on talent decisions. Partners with Employee Relations, HR Technology, Compensation, and organizational development teams to strengthen leadership capability and accountability.

Leads Finance of America's AI security and safeguards program, including strategy, governance, red teaming, model and application security testing, threat detection, monitoring, and control validation. Maintains the enterprise AI inventory, evaluates use cases, integrates security requirements into procurement and development processes, and partners with legal, compliance, risk, and security teams. Reports AI risk posture to executives and boards, supports audits and regulatory examinations, and builds a team while remaining hands-on.

Leads strategy, discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, and delivery for complex, business-critical products. Partners with engineering, design, operations, compliance, risk, sales, marketing, and senior leaders to align investments with company objectives and deliver customer and business outcomes. Mentors product managers, improves product management practices, defines success measures, and identifies opportunities involving AI, automation, data, and digital capabilities.

Leads enterprise technology risk management across cloud, cybersecurity, data protection, AI, and third-party ecosystems. Oversees risk assessments, regulatory compliance, SOX ITGC controls, issue remediation, risk reporting, automation, and emerging technology governance. Partners with technology, business, audit, and regulatory stakeholders while developing a high-performing risk management team.

Lead and scale the Emerging Technology program, driving adoption of generative AI, ML, and data science across the company. Oversee program strategy, budget, vendor selection, compliance with SOX/FFIEC, metrics, and pilot governance. Advise senior leadership, deploy ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker, Azure ML), build data-driven products, and ensure secure, ethical, and enterprise-scale implementations.
