Develop concepts and copy for healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising across traditional, digital, web, interactive, and video media. Present creative work clearly, write in multiple voices and styles, collaborate across teams, manage multiple fast-paced projects, and apply strong attention to detail while maintaining curiosity about science and medicine.

Leads brand strategy for healthcare and wellness clients, including market research, customer and competitive insights, brand positioning, annual planning, integrated marketing strategies, workshops, pitches, and strategic presentations. Partners with clients and multidisciplinary agency teams, expands business opportunities, stewards brand voice, and manages and develops team members. Requires 7+ years of agency-based brand strategy experience and travel to New Jersey clients.

Manage day-to-day pharmaceutical and healthcare advertising accounts, coordinating timelines, budgets, resources, deliverables, client feedback, project briefs, status reporting, and team communications. The role supports leadership, monitors brand and competitor trends, and ensures quality client service. Candidates need advertising agency experience, healthcare or pharmaceutical familiarity, knowledge of MLR review and Veeva systems, digital advertising understanding, financial reporting skills, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
