Build and ship developer-facing document-parsing products from concept through production. Own parsed-output reliability across PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, scanned files, and mixed formats. Solve layout detection, table structure, reading order, and OCR-routing challenges while creating intuitive APIs. The Senior Growth Engineer at Firecrawl will own growth projects by developing end-to-end features, improve onboarding experiences, build internal tools, and run experiments to enhance conversion rates.

Build, deploy, monitor, and retrain production machine learning models for search ranking, relevance, retrieval, content extraction, classification, and LLM-driven features.
