The role focuses on Medicaid and Medicare Advantage compliance, fraud and abuse prevention, HIPAA, peer certification, behavioral health requirements, payer audits, and state program integrity reviews. It operates independently while collaborating with People Operations, legal, clinical leadership, and a fractional Compliance Officer.
