Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise implementations: project planning, engineering coordination, data migration, integrations, cutovers, go-live execution, training, hypercare, and stakeholder risk management to ensure stable production launches.

Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue across North America by recruiting, activating, and enabling consultancies, system integrators, platforms, and advisors. Own assigned customer accounts to drive adoption, satisfaction, and delivery. Analyze data, gather user insights, define product requirements, support releases, create documentation, manage escalations, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve product functionality and KPIs.

Lead global finance, HR, and legal operations across 4 entities. Own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, audits, transfer pricing, accounts payable/receivable, investor and Board reporting. Build HR policies and people processes, manage HR team and payroll coordination, and partner on performance management. Oversee commercial contract negotiations, liaise with external counsel, and manage an internal legal team to ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

Support GTM strategy by defining product positioning, messaging, segmentation, and ICPs. Provide strategic deal support, build sales enablement materials and playbooks, run competitive intelligence, gather product feedback, and coordinate lifecycle marketing and events to improve win rates and support enterprise opportunities.

Support customer implementations and onboarding, build internal tooling and reporting, maintain knowledge base, identify and fix process gaps, collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback, and assist QA for feature releases.

The Performance Marketing Manager will lead global paid acquisition strategies, optimize campaigns for qualified leads, manage media budgets, and enhance conversion through landing page testing while collaborating closely with sales and content teams.

Lead full enterprise sales cycle for Flagright across North America, winning complex fintech and banking deals. Build and manage pipeline, drive expansions and upsells, deliver product demos and POCs, represent the company at events, coach junior sellers, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to inform go-to-market strategy.
