Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. Own backend services and APIs (Node.js/NestJS and/or Go), ensure broadcast-grade reliability, monitor stream health and QoE, implement redundancy and failover, build tooling/alerting, write tests, and participate in on-call rotation.

Lead generative and evaluative UX research across web, mobile, and connected TV. Plan and run moderated and unmoderated studies, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, maintain a tagged research repository and taxonomy, mentor junior researchers, and conduct occasional onsite contextual inquiries.

Develop and maintain native iOS and Android applications for streaming experiences. Collaborate on TV platforms, establish architecture, and utilize AI tools to enhance productivity.

As a Staff Backend Engineer at FloSports, you'll lead backend development initiatives, focusing on scalable distributed systems, authentication frameworks, and mentoring engineers while collaborating with product teams for technical solutions.
