Manage a portfolio of health plan clients, serving as the primary operational contact and partnering with Account Executives on retention and growth. Responsibilities include relationship management, issue resolution, program launches, client reporting, marketing campaigns, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. The role requires analyzing clinical, enrollment, utilization, engagement, and campaign data while coordinating with internal teams to deliver strong client outcomes and long-term partnerships.

Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable AI-powered backend systems. Design APIs and inference workflows, fine-tune and productionize LLM and transformer models, establish MLOps and governance standards, and evaluate AI technologies. Mentor engineers, guide cross-functional technical initiatives, improve system reliability and performance, and shape the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap.

Lead and grow a 16-person engineering organization across four AI-focused pods. Set technical direction, guide AI-native product and engineering development, manage cross-team dependencies, and oversee delivery, quality, reliability, security, and velocity. Partner with product, design, and leadership on scalable full-stack systems, mentor engineers and technical leads, and promote strong practices in architecture, testing, observability, incident response, and CI/CD within a HIPAA/SOC 2-aware environment.

Lead architecture and operations for the end-to-end data lifecycle: pipeline orchestration, dbt projects, cloud warehouse performance, dimensional modeling, data observability, HIPAA controls, and platform governance. Mentor a distributed data engineering team, partner with Analytics and Finance, and prioritize durable platform capabilities that enable BI, experimentation, and AI use cases.
