Leads Formic’s marketing organization and builds a scalable B2B demand-generation engine. Owns brand, positioning, content, campaigns, pipeline generation, SDR strategy, GTM engineering, marketing technology, funnel analytics, attribution, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and RevOps. The role includes hiring and developing a multidisciplinary team, establishing performance metrics, optimizing channels and systems, and using AI, automation, and experimentation to create qualified pipeline and revenue growth.

Lead end-to-end robotics automation deployments from scope validation through installation, commissioning, handoff, and closeout. Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, quality, and issue resolution while coordinating customers, internal engineering teams, and third-party integrators. The role also supports process standardization and continuous improvement across deployment operations.

Supports robotics deployments and operational execution through cross-functional coordination, documentation, installation readiness reviews, customer materials, issue tracking, testing, validation, and process improvement. The intern will assist engineers, technicians, vendors, and customers while maintaining SOPs, playbooks, checklists, and integration notes. This onsite role provides hands-on exposure to robotic systems in live manufacturing environments.

Build, deploy, and manage the full GTM tech stack and AI-powered outreach workflows to drive B2B lead generation. Design multi-channel campaigns, ensure tracking and attribution, create dashboards and reports, maintain data quality, evaluate new tools, and collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to scale pipeline and optimize campaign performance.

Serve as the technical escalation point for Field Service Engineers to diagnose, reproduce, and resolve complex failures across mechanical, electrical, PLC, robot, and software systems. Analyze logs and fleet data, build troubleshooting plans, test fixes in-office, and escalate systemic issues to Product Engineering while maintaining knowledge base and reducing repeat site visits.

Support month-end close, GL accounting, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and audit readiness. Improve close and inventory processes, assist with audit requests, maintain documentation, and partner with operations for inventory counts and process improvements.
