The intern will assist engineers, technicians, vendors, and customers while maintaining SOPs, playbooks, checklists, and integration notes. This onsite role provides hands-on exposure to robotic systems in live manufacturing environments.

Design multi-channel campaigns, ensure tracking and attribution, create dashboards and reports, maintain data quality, evaluate new tools, and collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to scale pipeline and optimize campaign performance.

Serve as the technical escalation point for Field Service Engineers to diagnose, reproduce, and resolve complex failures across mechanical, electrical, PLC, robot, and software systems. Analyze logs and fleet data, build troubleshooting plans, test fixes in-office, and escalate systemic issues to Product Engineering while maintaining knowledge base and reducing repeat site visits.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate leads, schedule meetings, and work closely with Sales and Marketing to drive momentum in sales pipelines.

Support month-end close, GL accounting, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and audit readiness. Improve close and inventory processes, assist with audit requests, maintain documentation, and partner with operations for inventory counts and process improvements.
