Architects and develops AI-powered systems, tools, agents, backend services, APIs, and experimentation frameworks using foundational AI models. Integrates AI capabilities with microservices, AWS, Snowflake, and complex data systems while ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Translates business problems into technical solutions, prototypes AI applications, collaborates with product and engineering teams, evaluates emerging AI technologies, and documents system designs and integration patterns.

Conduct manual penetration tests and secure code reviews across web applications, APIs, AWS infrastructure, and AI systems. Develop AI-assisted security tooling, test LLM applications and agents, triage SAST findings, tune detection rules, support security reviews before production, and communicate risks and remediation priorities to engineering teams.

Manage a portfolio of small and medium business customers to grow relationships and identify additional capital solutions. Analyze business and financial histories, own the sales process from approval to close, use data to prioritize opportunities, and meet monthly quota in a fast-paced environment.

Lead and deliver end-to-end data science projects: design, build, deploy, and monitor ML/statistical models for credit risk, pricing, collections, and fraud. Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production, set model development standards, mentor engineers, and maintain reliable ML pipelines and monitoring systems.

Leads Forward’s application and product security program, including a team of senior engineers, penetration testing, vulnerability remediation, secure SDLC practices, and AI security. Owns testing standards, remediation workflows, exposure controls, pre-production security reviews, and security services. Partners with Engineering and executives to communicate risk and priorities while securing web applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI-built software.

Manage security operations and lead a security engineering team defending endpoints, SaaS, infrastructure, and corporate systems. Serve as senior Incident Commander, oversee detection and response using CrowdStrike, conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, and improve vulnerability, patch, access, and configuration management. Build detection coverage across endpoint, identity, SaaS, and cloud signals while partnering with AppSec and technical leaders. Lead the company’s AI security strategy and develop specialized security capabilities.

The Senior Analyst, Portfolio Strategy will analyze pricing and credit strategies, manage portfolio risk, and support decision-making with data insights.

Lead sales analytics and reporting to drive revenue and efficiency. Build Tableau and Salesforce dashboards, analyze pipeline health, perform ad-hoc and pilot analyses, partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, administer compensation and CRM updates, and evaluate/implement AI-driven sales tools to optimize performance.
