Translate enterprise customer needs into technical requirements, communicate with Mandarin-speaking developers, validate feasibility, manage trade-offs, define success metrics, coordinate releases, and measure post-launch impact. Build scalable bilingual collaboration frameworks for globally distributed teams.

Lead US FP&A: own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling. Deliver executive-ready analysis, partner with department leaders and Accounting, automate processes, support investor/M&A activities, and mentor analysts to scale the function.
