Coordinates energy efficiency program administration, including customer grant processing, application review, database and spreadsheet updates, project file maintenance, scheduling, and communication with customers, clients, Energy Advisors, and trade allies. Provides customer service, follows up on incomplete applications, explains incentive programs, distributes marketing materials, and helps resolve documentation or eligibility issues.

Leads end-to-end proposal development, including RFP analysis, compliance tracking, content creation, editing, formatting, graphics, timelines, portal submission, and finalist presentation support. Collaborates with subject matter experts and opportunity architects, maintains proposal libraries, coordinates cross-functional resources, and conducts post-production reviews. The role requires strong writing, organization, deadline management, data interpretation, software proficiency, and knowledge of demand-side management and renewable energy programs.
