Own product marketing for Freehand’s AI-powered enterprise spend operations platform. Responsibilities include positioning, category creation, product launches, expansion strategy, pricing and packaging, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and cross-functional go-to-market execution. The role partners with product, sales, finance, executives, events, and growth teams to expand into new spend categories and help enterprise customers broaden adoption.

As the first GTM Architect, you'll create and manage sales enablement functions, including onboarding, training, and sales collateral while leveraging AI to enhance effectiveness.

The Chief of Staff/Strategic Finance role involves financial modeling, identifying bottlenecks in business pipelines, and managing strategic initiatives across the company. Responsibilities include goal setting, running reviews, and managing board meetings.

Lead US talent strategy as the first dedicated US hire: partner with leadership, build end-to-end recruiting function, hire engineering, product, GTM and professional services roles, create interview processes and employer branding, source passive top-tier talent, and drive retention and people policies to scale senior hiring for a Series C AI company.

Act as strategic advisor and lead end-to-end deployment of Freehand's AI-driven enterprise solutions. Design solution architecture integrating ERP, TMS, spend and payment systems; manage integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live; drive adoption, deliver business value, and provide product feedback. Build customer relationships, define transformation roadmaps, and establish delivery playbooks to scale enterprise implementations.

Build scalable backend services, APIs, workflow orchestration, integrations, and AI agent infrastructure for enterprise procurement, invoicing, contracts, and payments. Develop agent runtimes, multi-agent coordination, observability, evaluation, and testing systems. Ensure reliability, security, compliance, auditability, performance, and fault tolerance across distributed systems handling sensitive financial and operational data.

Own and scale full-funnel performance marketing and ABM for enterprise buyers: run paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, industry channels), build attribution and pipeline reporting, run experimentation, optimize website/landing conversions, support events, and maintain the martech stack to drive measurable pipeline and ROI.

Build and manage partnerships with systems integrators, private equity firms, and ISVs to source, co-sell, and close enterprise deals across accounts payable, procurement, supply chain, and finance. Own partner enablement collateral, run demos and pitches, create GTM motions, and feed market intelligence back to product and marketing. Early-stage, individual-contributor role with heavy hands-on execution.
