The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to fee earners, manages calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and ensures effective communication while maintaining a collaborative and proactive work environment.

Lead and execute US and global corporate practice business development: craft pitches and proposals, manage campaigns, content and directory submissions, support key client relationships, mentor junior staff, and maintain marketing collateral and experience lists to drive new business opportunities.

Lead US TMT business development with an AI focus: identify revenue opportunities from AI regulation, M&A, governance and data trends; develop client strategies, communications and targeted outreach; support pitches and major US TMT projects; coach and manage MBD colleagues; collaborate with partners and international teams to drive client relationships and revenue growth.

Lead and transform the US pitch and pursuit process by embedding AI enablement across stages. Manage a searchable global pitch content library, maintain structured experience and CRM data, create reusable pursuit assets and prompt frameworks, and develop training and adoption materials. Partner with BD, lawyers, and global teams to improve workflow, support high-priority pitches, and oversee directory and awards submissions to increase speed, quality, and consistency of wins.
