Tests activities in classrooms, gathers instructor and customer feedback, analyzes survey data, and drives continuous curriculum improvement. The role collaborates with Educational Product and Supply Chain teams in a fast-paced production environment and may support broader educational tools, templates, and professional development initiatives.
