Supports the reliability and performance of Gallup’s global technology platform through observability, dashboards, alerting, automation, and incident response. Staff Engineer serving as a cross-team technical thought partner to engineering leadership. Provides architecture guidance, mentors senior engineers and technical leads, establishes shared standards, evaluates emerging tools, advances AI-assisted development practices, and contributes hands-on to critical initiatives. The role also supports platform modernization, identity and access improvements, data-informed product decisions, and AI governance across the engineering organization.

Partner with product teams to define success metrics, design experiments, build dashboards and data models, validate data quality, analyze product performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to scale product analytics.

Lead product operations for Gallups innovation initiatives: define problems, set priorities, manage roadmaps, drive end-to-end execution, coordinate cross-functional launches, and partner with engineering, design, research and senior stakeholders to turn experiments and prototypes into shipped products with measurable impact.

Lead and grow an innovation engineering team (8–12 engineers) to deliver experiments, prototypes and new product/platform initiatives from concept to production. Partner with product, design, research and architecture to set delivery standards, manage risks, hire and develop engineers, and ensure alignment and integration with core platform teams.

Design clear, accessible content and information architecture for Gallup's marketing pages and digital products. Translate complex research and data into intuitive narratives, reusable content patterns, and in-product interface copy.
