Design and build scalable production data pipelines and layered data models (raw→curated→semantic). Implement transformations (dbt), orchestration (Airflow/Dagster), monitoring and data quality, support incident response, modernize legacy systems, collaborate with product/analytics/AI teams, and mentor engineers.

Serve as technical and strategic steward of Gallup's global LMS ecosystem: administer platforms, manage integrations and reporting, design and deploy digital learning, write/customize HTML/CSS, troubleshoot issues, maintain governance, use AI/automation to optimize learner experience and operations across global environments.

Design and modernize instructor-led, virtual, self-paced and blended learning programs for leaders, managers and coaches. Partner with subject matter experts to build scalable curriculum, facilitator materials and learner journeys, use data and AI to evaluate and improve outcomes, and support implementation and delivery across modalities.

Lead and hands-on build Gallup's production mobile apps and supporting backend services. Own iOS/Android architecture, performance, release discipline, and roadmap. Drive growth metrics (MAU, conversion, retention), ensure feature parity and mobile-native advantages, partner with product and design, accelerate delivery across platform integrations, and hire, coach, and develop engineering talent.

Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile, translating complex data and research into intuitive, accessible interfaces. Collaborate with product, engineering and content teams, contribute to the design system, measure design impact with KPIs, run usability testing, and mentor other designers.

Lead and grow an innovation engineering team (8–12 engineers) to deliver experiments, prototypes and new product/platform initiatives from concept to production. Partner with product, design, research and architecture to set delivery standards, manage risks, hire and develop engineers, and ensure alignment and integration with core platform teams.

Lead end-to-end qualitative and mixed-methods research to inform product strategy for the CliftonStrengths platform. Partner with product, design, and engineering to define questions, run studies, synthesize insights, build reusable research operations, and coach teams. Incorporate AI tools for synthesis while maintaining methodological rigor and influence roadmap and design decisions.
