Assist with preparing tax returns, tax consulting, IRS and FTB audit support, consulting projects, and communication with tax agencies. Interns will shadow team members, contribute to department assignments, and develop professional skills while working collaboratively and independently. The internship runs full-time from June 14 through August 13, 2027, in GHJ’s San Jose office.

Owns end-to-end biweekly and weekly payroll processing for approximately 310 employees using Dayforce. Responsibilities include payroll audits, calculations, reconciliations, adjustments, tax administration, garnishments, year-end reporting, compliance oversight, vendor management, compensation administration, and payroll reporting. Partners with Finance, People Operations, PuzzleHR, and Dayforce to resolve discrepancies, validate configuration, maintain controls, and improve payroll processes.

The Staffing Manager will execute full-cycle recruitment for accounting and finance positions, manage client relationships, and provide candidate guidance while leveraging industry expertise to deliver staffing solutions.

The TAS Senior Associate will advise on transactions, prepare financial analyses, and collaborate with clients and offshore teams.

The Tax Manager oversees accurate tax return preparation, performs tax reviews, manages tax projects, participates in client meetings, and develops staff. They ensure compliance and profitability while maintaining client relationships and staying updated on tax legislation.

The Tax Senior Associate reviews tax information, prepares various tax returns, conducts tax research, and maintains client confidentiality while providing tax advice.

The Senior Associate will review client financials, manage month end close activities, prepare financial statements, and assist in advisory projects. They supervise CAAS Associates and interact with clients professionally.

Lead GHJ's buy-side Private Equity transaction advisory growth by originating diligence engagements, leading Quality of Earnings and financial due diligence, building sponsor relationships, advising across transaction lifecycle, collaborating with Tax/Audit/Advisory teams, mentoring engagement teams, and developing a scalable Private Equity go-to-market strategy to drive cross‑service revenue and portfolio company opportunities.

The Interim FP&A Director will lead the FP&A function, support the CEO and executives, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and enhance financial processes.
