Embed with the Growth team to draft, negotiate, and manage high-volume commercial agreements (EPC, equipment procurement, PPAs, land licenses). Provide practical, deal-focused legal advice to business, procurement, construction, and finance; build contract templates and playbooks; manage outside counsel; support financing and real estate transactions; and develop contract systems and legal processes to enable rapid scaling.
