Operate and improve AWS production infrastructure, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes workloads, observability, CI/CD, and incident response. The role investigates root causes, strengthens application resilience, automates operational tasks, supports database and performance reliability, maintains documentation, and participates in 24/7 on-call rotations. The engineer owns scoped reliability projects and collaborates with product engineering teams on resilient, secure, and compliant systems.

Build and maintain full-stack donor-facing giving forms, campaign tools, administrative features, and payment flows across Stripe, ACH, and digital wallets. Own features from technical design through deployment, testing, and production support. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners in an Agile environment, contribute to code quality and team initiatives, and participate in rotational support and on-call coverage.

Lead architecture and design of full-stack, cross-pod systems; set engineering standards for quality, security, performance, and observability; mentor and grow engineers; partner with Product and Partners on technical strategy; own incident response and reliability; participate in on-call rotation and hiring/onboarding.
