Global Relay Benefits Overview

Owns a portfolio of complex enterprise SaaS accounts, driving retention, renewals, expansion, and net revenue retention. Builds executive relationships, leads business reviews, manages negotiations, coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks account health and forecasts in CRM systems, and identifies growth opportunities. The role also mentors customer success professionals, contributes to playbooks, and represents customer needs in product roadmap discussions.

Owns the full enterprise sales cycle across named accounts, including prospecting, new-logo acquisition, upsell and cross-sell growth, discovery, demonstrations, executive relationship management, account planning, pipeline forecasting, and quota attainment. Partners with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and BDR teams to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with regulated organizations. Requires regional and industry-event travel of approximately 20%.
