Lead a platform engineering team responsible for tier-zero systems, identity, permissions, sessions, and messaging infrastructure. Own delivery, quality, architecture, technical debt, and team development while partnering with Product, Design, and Recruiting. Embed AI tooling into engineering workflows and build AI-powered automation to improve productivity. The role also involves hiring, mentoring engineers, making architectural decisions, and connecting platform outcomes to customer value.

Engineering interns will build, test, and ship production features for web and mobile products. They will develop AI-powered automation, write and debug code, analyze usage data with data analysts, iterate with senior engineering feedback, and learn new languages, frameworks, and AI-native development practices. The role is in person at the Union Square, NYC headquarters from June through August 2027.

Build AI-powered product features and scalable platform infrastructure for appointment-based businesses. Design, ship, and own production systems processing billions in payments for over 120,000 businesses. Use AI throughout software development, improve system reliability and performance, make architectural decisions, and drive projects from technical design through production.
