Oversees internal technicians, external vendors, work-order workflows, maintenance schedules, labor allocation, and event operations. Develops monetizable AV production packages, supports legal compliance requests, and serves as Manager on Duty. Requires advanced AV networking, sound, broadcast cabling, LED control, and integrated control systems knowledge, plus flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Director will generate sponsorship revenue by researching prospects, developing pipelines, pitching and closing integrated partnership deals, and managing strategic sales presentations. Responsibilities include building prospect relationships, collaborating on client deliverables and internal revenue initiatives, reporting sales metrics, and attending games and special events. Build and maintain an internal basketball operations web application, develop database-backed features, optimize PostgreSQL queries, and create intuitive interfaces for complex data.
