Provides executive advisory expertise to Federal Student Aid on enterprise product operating models, technology governance, engineering practices, architecture, modernization, reliability, data, and platform ownership. Coaches product and technology leaders, evaluates delivery models and technical recommendations, facilitates executive reviews, challenges systems integrator assumptions, and develops sustainable product-management standards, governance frameworks, metrics, and leadership practices.

Supports Federal Student Aid product owners with roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, Agile ceremonies, stakeholder coordination, risk and dependency tracking, delivery planning, reporting, KPI development, and process standardization. The role facilitates communication between business and technical teams, tracks decisions and blockers, prepares leadership updates, and provides workshops, training, office hours, and mentorship.

Leads the Federal Student Aid Foundational Services Support program and oversees the transition from project-centered delivery to a product operating model. Responsibilities include executive stakeholder management, governance, planning, risk and resource management, product transformation, roadmap alignment, cross-organizational coordination, performance reporting, issue resolution, and organizational change. The role also coaches federal leaders and product owners while ensuring knowledge transfer and sustainable government capabilities.

Leads Federal Student Aid’s enterprise transition from project-centered delivery to a product-led operating model. Advises executives, establishes product governance, aligns systems integrators and delivery teams, coaches product and engineering leaders, facilitates strategy and design-thinking sessions, manages dependencies, defines outcome-based KPIs, and develops frameworks and communities of practice to sustain transformation across a complex federal technology environment.

Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and analytical tools for federal consulting engagements. Gather stakeholder requirements, integrate and validate operational data, create DAX calculations and Power Query transformations, and support forecasting, staffing, cost, inventory, and performance analysis. Optimize and document solutions, conduct testing and training, and transfer knowledge to Government users. Collaborate with logistics, operations research, security, and project management stakeholders.

Assesses and improves inventory, logistics, asset management, and equipment lifecycle processes for a federal engagement. Reviews data quality, maintenance and procurement records; develops asset standards, replacement-planning methodologies, analytical tools, process documentation, implementation roadmaps, and executive briefings.
