Manage SKU replenishment and inventory for BevMo/Gopuff departments. Analyze sales, inventory, turns, vendor fill rates, and exceptions to create weekly item plans. Partner with merchandising, planning, logistics, operations, and vendors to resolve discrepancies, support purchasing decisions, and optimize inventory turns and profitability.

Manage the lifecycle of complex employee relations matters: lead workplace investigations, document findings in ThinkLP, advise and coach managers on disciplinary and performance actions, ensure compliance with federal and California employment laws, identify ER risks, and collaborate with P&C and Legal.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines and platform components. Produce curated datasets, ensure data quality, observability, and lineage, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data products that support analytics, experimentation, and ML.
