The Account Executive develops and manages an assigned territory by generating inquiries, building partnerships, presenting online academic programs, and counseling prospective students through the admissions process. The role involves outreach by phone, email, and in-person events, relationship development, territory strategy, and supporting students through early coursework. This is a remote position requiring extensive regional travel, independent work, ambitious target achievement, and occasional evening or weekend availability.

Maintains, configures, and improves Workday HR systems, including HCM, compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent, integrations, security, reporting, upgrades, and releases. Serves as a technical subject matter expert and liaison between HR, payroll, recruiting, IT, compliance, and other internal stakeholders. Leads system projects, testing, process improvements, data integrity efforts, and HRIS helpdesk resolution while supporting scalable solutions and user experience enhancements.
