Lead GuideWell's in-house creative organization, translating brand and marketing strategy into multi-channel campaigns. Oversee design, copy, video, translations, and print; develop brand standards and visual identity; expand video and podcast capabilities; integrate AI and modern workflows; partner with agency and enterprise leaders to ensure creative quality, consistency, and measurable impact.

Perform IT risk audits across applications, OS, databases, networks and cloud environments. Develop and execute test programs, analyze controls, document findings, communicate results, and track remediation. Lead audit engagement lifecycle and collaborate with stakeholders on risk assessment and audit planning.

Lead AI engineering across the health plan: set strategy, build cloud-native MLOps platform, deliver LLM and ML production systems, ensure compliance with healthcare regulation, hire and grow teams, partner with product and clinical stakeholders, and own KPI-driven business and clinical impact.

Lead enterprise cloud strategy and governance across AWS/Azure/GCP; design multi-cloud/hybrid architectures, drive large-scale cloud migrations, embed security and FinOps, build and mentor cloud teams, and partner with executives to align cloud investments with business goals.
