As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll ensure robotics system reliability, build telemetry integration, and develop tools for diagnostics and automation, collaborating with engineering teams for enhanced production reliability.

Build and run Hadrian’s RevOps function: own revenue reporting, forecasting, pipeline analysis, Salesforce processes, tooling and integrations, government relations tracking, compensation design, and cross-functional revenue orchestration to drive predictable, scalable growth.

Lead and execute perception R&D and engineering for factory robots: define multi-year roadmap, architect perception pipelines (detection, segmentation, 6-DoF pose, scene understanding), drive sensor fusion and calibration, establish data/model workflows and deployment practices, integrate with planning/control, hire and mentor engineers, and evaluate research for production adoption.

Lead and own the People technology stack (HRIS Rippling), set roadmap, build automations, ensure data integrity, scope integrations, manage vendors, and deliver people reporting and governance to scale the organization.

Build AI-native D&R stack (detection-as-code, LLM-assisted triage, agentic response), run incident response from triage to remediation, set technical direction for a small team, and ensure compliance with ITAR/CMMC requirements.

Lead and scale Hadrian's infrastructure platform across compute, networking, and storage. Own multi-region Kubernetes platforms, reliability (SLOs/SLIs), incident response, cost optimization, and security/compliance. Manage and grow a 12-15 person team of platform, SRE, and infrastructure engineers and partner with DevOps, Product, and Security to enable global factory operations.

As Director of Engineering, Infrastructure, you will lead a team managing core infrastructure, optimizing performance, and ensuring reliability across systems while driving multi-region strategies.

You will design and implement IAM systems, own authentication and authorization, and ensure secure-by-default principles across Hadrian's API platform.

Own and build Hadrian's employer brand: define the EVP, create content across social and careers channels, partner with Recruiting and Marketing, improve candidate journey, build talent communities and employee advocacy, and establish metrics to drive applicant quality and offer acceptance.

Embed on customer programs to deliver end-to-end solutions: integrate and configure the Opus platform, build bespoke software and integrations, iterate rapidly, communicate with stakeholders, and translate field learnings into platform direction.

Build scalable automated solutions for device fleet management, own and optimize MDM platforms, write OS-level scripts for self-healing, gather telemetry to prevent end-user disruption, translate compliance (CMMC) into code-managed baselines, and create dashboards and alerts measuring end-user SLOs.

The Infrastructure Engineer will design and implement advanced cloud infrastructure, manage Kubernetes, establish engineering standards, and support IoT deployments in manufacturing environments while driving automation and mentoring teammates.
