Lead design and management of specialty pharmacy, HUB, regional pharmacy, prior authorization, and copay programs to ensure patient access and optimize brand performance across Harrow's ophthalmology portfolio. Lead enterprise market access strategy for Harrow’s ophthalmology portfolio and pipeline. Build and manage market access, pricing, contracting, trade/distribution, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement functions. Influence corporate strategy and pipeline decisions, negotiate payer contracts, develop pricing and value strategies, oversee specialty pharmacy and distribution channels, and build a high-performing team to support launches and long-term commercial success.

The Vice President of Marketing will lead the marketing strategy and commercialization for Harrow's ophthalmic product portfolio, driving brand performance and market expansion. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, commercial execution, and team building to accelerate revenue growth.
